I am Swami Atmajnananda Giri (people call me Swami Atma ), the idea of starting an Ashram sprouted in me while sitting with my friend Ganesha, it was 13 years ago. I was telling him that I need a place where people can come relax, learn meditation, philosophy and yoga Nidra, I wanted a place where organic farming can be done. Our meditation retreat programs mainly focus on specific techniques, such as mindfulness or loving-kindness meditation, Ayurveda, or other holistic practices.
Rishikesh is a city steeped in spirituality and has many experienced teachers and guides who can offer spiritual guidance and support. This can be a great opportunity to learn from those who have dedicated their lives to spiritual practice.
